I hope that you are all having a nice weekend. Today it is chilly and rainy, perfect for curling up with a good book.
The book is called Secrets d'interieurs and is really is a beautiful and most inspiring book and is a "must buy" for those of you that love French decoration and the way that the French display their prized objects....

Bonjour from a cold but sunny SW France,
I am happy to see that my jacinthes are bursting into bloom and I love the parfum that they give out when I walked into the kitchen this morning.
As you can see from the photo I could not resist adding a bit of moss, I love it and use it whenever I can, much nicer than looking at dirt....

Bonjour mes belles,
It is turning out to be one of those days where it is hot and sunny one minute and then all of a sudden the sky darkens and along with it the temperature cools.....I said to French Boyfriend let's go for a walk, was only out for 15 minutes before the sky turned a menacing black colour.
I managed to get this photo in the nick of time as I wanted a photo with the grapes and reddish colour leaves and had to be quick as the vendange is taking place this weekend.

It is that time of the year with the holiday season in full swing and the biggest decision required is where to go and what to do......so many thngs to choose from.
The medieval festival is taking place in Eymet today and tomorrow. It finishes with a fabulous medieval banquet in the square with entertainment including a fire show.....

Another busy weekend which saw French Boyfriend hunting for tresors whilst I stayed at Maison No. 20 and looked after guests.
He returned with a few goodies which I am hoping to photograph tomorrow.
In the meantime I am in the mood for playing hide and seek......and let's just say I will not be the one seeking :-)

It is lovely and sunny here and looks like we are in for a hot and sunny weekend....which is perfect as we have lots of outdoor activities planned....picnic by the river, hunting for antiques and perhaps a spot of painting.
